Don't worry you're not alone, most of our new clients are behind on their bookkeeping. Whether you are behind a few months or a few years we can get you caught up quickly so you can worry less about the past and focus on the future.
Is your services for new or established businesses?
It's for any business owner who needs help managing the finances of their contracting business. Some clients sign up early in their business, and some have been struggling for years. We have found that the companies we help the most have gross revenue approaching $500,000 up to $2,000,000.
Can you help me if my business isn't doing well?
Yes! Many clients start working with us because they need help improving their financial situation. It's very common and not your fault. No one learns to manage business finances on a job site. All you have to do is be ready to put the time and effort into showing up for yourself and your finances.
How much does your services cost?
Most accountants charge by the hour, but we do things differently. We offer our services for a fixed monthly fee. This approach provides you with peace of mind, knowing exactly what you're getting and what it will cost. You'll enjoy price certainty with no unexpected billing surprises.
What do we talk about if I book a call?
Your business. We want to understand the challenges you're currently facing and your vision for growth. If we can help you achieve your goals, we can discuss working together.
What if I already have a bookkeeper?
We can discuss what makes the most sense for you and your business. When you book a call, we can discuss if our profit coaching is right for you.
Will I have to work with bookkeepers located in other countries?
Absolutely not! Our entire team is located in the US.
Will you file my taxes?
No, we are not tax preparers. We can offer a referral if you need a tax preparer.
Do you work with businesses outside the construction industry?
We primarily serve contractors, but occasionally we work with businesses outside the construction industry. Feel free to send us an email to tell us more about you and your business, and we'll let you know if we can help.
Nope! All our services are provide on a month to month basis and you can cancel anytime.
What if I have questions?
Every client is assigned a dedicated bookkeeper who is available by phone or email when you have a question. You are welcome to reach out any time you like, with no extra cost. You'll also have regularly scheduled meetings to review your financials, ask questions, and discuss opportunities.
Where are you located?
Our office is located near Klamath Falls in Oregon, but we work with businesses through out the United States.
